Mexivada Mining Corp (MNV-V) has Au-Ag, Diamond, Mo, U properties in Nevada, Mexico, and the ROC Congo. MNV has 4 Au-Ag projects in Mexico: high-grade Yécora and the Republica Au-Ag-Zn-Pb projects. Phase 1 drilling at Yecora found higrade minzation; surrounded by Coeur d'Alene Mines.

Mexivada's 8 projects in Nevada: 1) the Goldstorm property north of Newmont's high grade Midas gold-silver mine, with high-grade gold -silver at surface; 2)completed Phase 1 drilling at Gold Junction at Round Mountain, 3) Jefferson Au-Ag-Te-In property has drill indicated Au-Ag resources, and has been JV'd with StoneShield Capital; 4) Ziggurat Au just N of Gold Junction; 5) Poker Flats open pit Carlin-style gold property at Carlin, adjoing on strike with Newmont's about to be constructed Emigrant Springs gold mine; 6) Opal Spring Au-U-Mo in NE NV; 7) Freiberg, a possible S ext of Cortez Trend; 8) Moly Dome Mo-Cu-Te-Au porphyry moly discovered in Phase 1 drilling, with untested targets to be drilled in future; high grade Te-Ag-Au mineralization also found here.

In the ROC Congo ( Brazzaville ), Mexivada has 4 Phase 1 prospecting permits and 3 exclusive Phase 2 Permis de Recherches for Au and diamonds. The projects are in and near the Mayoko Greenstone Belt, a past producer of alluvial gold and gem diamonds. Mexivada's 4 PR concessions cover the Diamond and Gold Trends in the ROC Chaillu Massif. More than 33,600 oz of gold and 22-mm world-class white gem and 7mm blue-green diamond recovered by 1967 from Mexivada's exclusive concessions area.

Gold deposits currently are recognized by Mexivada at Mayoko: 1) Shear zone hosted gold-quartz-(sulfide) veins along formation contacts, 2) BIF-Homestake-type gold in pyrite-gold sulfidation zones in BIFs. Gold mineralization occurs along two 14 to +21 Km trends. The gold deposit potential for discovery of open-pittable, high-grade gold systems of world class size at Malambani, with signif placer gold resource.
