	Gippsland Limited has secured 50% ownership of the 40 million tonne Abu Dabbab site, which may be one of the largest tantalum ore sites ever discovered. The Egyptian Government through subsidiary Egyptian Geological Survey and Mining Authority (EGSMA) holds the other 50%. Gippsland estimates that the Abu Dabbab site is on track to become the world's number two tantalum producer.
