TDM is a public corporation, wholly owned by government. TDM has the exclusive rights to plan,install and operate the national and international telecommunications public telephone and telex services with any service provider, and duly authorised by government, can undertake complementary telecommunication services, which involve the use of complementary infrastructure. TDM only provides internet services to the ISPs and not to the end-users.
