It has been reported that Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe and Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai agreed on the appointment of commissioners to oversee reforms in the media, elections and human rights. Agreement has not been reached yet on the appointment of a central bank governor and an attorney general.
